As a Conexus International Practitioner you will be working across a spectrum of businesses. Our clients include BT, IBM, Hoover and Toshiba(2005-2006), large multi nationals that expect the best and will pay for it. Our clients also include exciting small to medium sized owner managed businesses that need the foundation steps for the next phase of their business growth. They too have no problem paying as long as the input produces results and our fee reflects the success they enjoy.

For our strategies and solutions, and there are many of them, to be successful. You will need to be able to relate to people at all levels, to deal with the personal process of change that they go through. You will really ‘want’ to inspire and motivate, to provide the wake up moments and help people grow. So all in all - you will be a special person.

This opportunity is limited, both to the people we need and the numbers we are recruiting for each country. (For example there will only ever be a total of 60 Practitioner partners in the UK).

As a successful partner you can expect to generate an income in excess of £150,000 per year (or €200,000) within 3 years.
