1. So, why Conexus International?
Conexus International was born out of experience in helping people fulfil their potential. The founders have written change programmes for large and small businesses. Growing business through the development of People, Process and performance.
Our system will allow you to develop your skills and business in to areas of business that interest you and return the income you want for yourself and your family.
Our opportunity is limited; we are strictly capping the number of Practitioners in any region. This means each Practitioner will have the opportunity to expand his or her business should they wish.

By working with your clients you help them achieve the activity that will get the results they are looking for.
We do that by identifying where they want to be, analysing exactly where they are now and providing them with the development of their People, their Processes and improving performance.
You will have access to your own analytical tools, development programmes and so many other resources that will help you achieve the results you want personally and for your family.
3. How do I know if I am good enough?
This is a really difficult one to answer..
If you do not think you are good enough to help businesses grow then probably this is not the opportunity for you.
To become a Conexus Business Growth practitioner is an amazing opportunity and, frankly, we need amazing people to part of our success
You will need to be passionate about helping people achieve goals and passionate about the rewards you want for your future.
You will need to sharp, engaging with good basic business acumen.
You will need to have managed people and Budgets; you will need to understand personal responsibility for results.
Starting any business isn’t easy and we do not pretend ours is any different in the early days. We can provide you with the road to success but you will have to walk it.
4. If I’m that good - why do I need to buy a license?
An interesting one this…
You don’t need to buy a license............. you will have to want one!
Of course if you are good, you can be a jobbing consultant, or buy into a limited opportunity franchise.
If you buy into our family you will find that our target clients will provide a greatly enhanced day rate, that the opportunity to be part of a key account team exists on a national and international basis. You will also find that as an organisation we are continually developing tools, programmes and solutions for clients which are leading edge and are made available to our network of practitioners as soon as they ‘quality approved’
In the team you will find people that will cover for of you are ill, provide expertise for you if you are lacking and an environment of building joint success.
5. Why should I buy a Conexus International License - you are not as well established as some?
O.K. This is a really good question and I’m sure we will only be able to provide some of you with a satisfactory answer.
Its down to choice. We know we have a quality system with the best tools and systems available. We can't make up a history in terms of what we are doing, we are relatively new. The choice is do you want to the part of early growth or become number 156 in an established franchise system.
We have declared a cap on the number of Licenses we will sell in any country. Our growth will come from our successful partners developing businesses under our umbrella.
Our client base is international are solutions universal now then if you are about to make a decision you owe to yourself to gather all the facts first

6. How much do I need to invest?
The investment you make in Conexus will provide you with everything you need to start your business 15 days development, 15 days formal coaching, 20 SME appointments state of the art tools and equipment and so much more.
You will need to finance or invest £42,000 (€62,000 or $78,500 – prices subject to confirmation with your Conexus Head office) and this will include everything you need to start your business Intellectual Property, tools and systems hardware and software – we challenge you to look at what is in the package and compare it to any other business opportunity
You will also need to set aside enough money to live on for around 6 months.
There is a lead time between activity and results like in any business.

7. What do I get for my money … ?

8. How much cash will I need … ?
This depends on your personal situation but enough to fund the licenses and support you, in the manner to which you have been accustomed for 6 months.
You will need to be able to set up a home or actual office you will not need to spend another penny on software or hardware we include this in the investment you will make in Conexus International
9. What kind of development do I receive … ?
Great development!
Developing people is at the heart of our business we will provide you a Conexus International Masters certificate that will give you the tools to attack your clients with gravitas, enthusiasm and knowledge
The development starts as soon as you sign, you will be given pre Master programme assignment s and work to carryout so that on the development we can start really getting clients -not pretending to get clients
When you leave the Master event there will be 20 appointments waiting for you each one them will be visited jointly with an experienced practitioner increasing the chance of conversion.
On line courses and web based coaching will support your initial 15 day field coaching experience.
10. Does the support stop after the programme ?
Of course not continuing professional development is how we intend to stay ahead of the game
Monthly regional meetings, a national conference and an international conference ensures formal development throughout the year
Informally your development has just begun as you complete your masters. Joint running development programmes with Practitioners, building client solutions with support over the web, phone calls, web chat - every day is a development for the time you will spend with Conexus
11. What is the line of direct support do I get … ?
The structure of the support is quite simple. In your early days you will have a Managing Partner who is responsible for your success and the business end of Conexus. You will also have a coach (who may or may not be your Managing Partner and, because we know your activity in the early months of your business will determine your success you will have an accountability coach who will help you manage the quality of your activity.
And then, there is the web. You will have instant support from both senior and new partners in the team, just by asking the question.
12. Making Money- what does it mean for me?
In three years time we would expect you to make the equivalent off £200,000 per annum.
This can only be achieved by putting in the required effort in the right quality, Quantity and Direction but follow the way and you will get there.
We do not take a fee, if you do not earn we deduct 17.5% of your income to continue to fund, promote and develop the system for the good of all. In fact only 10% of that figure goes to centre the rest is for local and regional initiatives.
At present our Day rate in the UK for an intervention is around £2200, so to achieve the £200k we expect you to be delivering around 90 days of full price interventions a year.
(Price and performance figures will be relative to a countries economy so therefore may be smaller or greater)
13. What does my background need to be?
You need a strong business background and you will need to be a confident communicator.
Typically you will have been a senior manager responsible for people and achieving or managing budgets, you will be hands on using your developed business skills in a pragmatic and functional way.
If you are wary of people contact this is not an opportunity for you.
It really helps to have some element of sales or commercial background or the willingness to work at it.
