My role in the organisation, as it continues to grow, is to make sure our resources keep up with our partner’s client’s demands.
I have been ‘hands on’ in the design of the many solutions we can offer and these are based on the life and work experiences I have accumulated in business over the last 25 years.
I’m an engineer by training and an entrepreneur by heart, I like to see process and business is made up of some very simple processes. Simple in design but when executed properly.
When you join us as a Practitioner Partner these processes will work magic on your clients.
My practical experience in business started quite late… (I hadn’t made a million by the time I was 26). My business career started as a technical sales representative, in which I seemed to find my natural home and excelled, through various promotions in marketing sales and senior management positions I learnt how to find, win and grow clients.
I then spent 10 years working with the largest training consultancy in Europe and boy, did I learn a lot! My clients included international airlines and small businesses, major banks and small builders. I became responsible for writing solutions and developing consultants.
Just 5 years or so ago my business partner and I formed Conexus International and in that 5 years we have expanded into Europe and have created the opportunity that is Conexus International with which we are happy to share with you.
